Dermatology NP Opportunity - Outpatient-Only Setting

Practice Setting


  • Multi-site community coverage
  • Each site is staffed with 3 MAs (1 MA per 17 patients)
  • Patient panel consists of all ages


Schedule


  • Work 4 days/week in Oct-Nov; 2 days/week in Dec
    • Assigned to different clinics by day
    • Clinic hours vary slightly by location (Mon-Thurs schedule)


Procedures and Cases


  • General dermatology focus
  • Common cases include acne, rosacea, cysts, dermatitis, and warts
  • Routine procedures such as skin biopsies, mole/shave removals, and chemical peels


Requirements


  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Texas license required
  • Active DEA
  • At least 2 years of dermatology experience
