Hi everyone!
My name is Jenna, and I’m a graduate student at Arkansas State University in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program. I am currently searching for preceptors in the Little Rock area or surrounding communities, starting Fall 2026.

Preceptor qualifications include:
• PMHNP or PMHCNS with current licensure and prescriptive privileges
• OR Physician who is ABPN certified
• OR Licensed psychotherapist (for psychotherapy hours only)
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in current role
• Willingness to provide appropriate supervision, instruction, and evaluation
• Ability to facilitate active student participation in patient care and clinical decision-making
• Willing to allow clinical experiences sufficient to meet advanced practice nursing role requirements

Required clinical hours:
• 120 hours – Child/Adolescent medication management
• 120 hours – Older adult medication management
• 120 hours – Psychotherapy (shadowing and/or group therapy)
• 120 hours – Substance use disorder medication management
• 240 hours – Adult medication management
